DiscmoTM 5-in-1 Toy Discs Now Available at Amazon.com

Discmo LLC today announced that the company's inaugural six sets of DiscmoTM 5-in-1 toy discs are now available for purchase at Amazon.com. New categories will be added as they are released.
Discmo 5-in-1 toy discs, or "Discmos," comprise the benefits of five developmental toys into one versatile toy. Depending on how children choose to play with them, Discmos can be a "motor skills" toy (stacking, spinning, aiming, rolling); a "pretend play" toy (using Discmos as props, such as coins or treasures); an educational toy (sorting, counting, learning language, memorizing); a collectible toy (sharing, gathering, trading) or an open-ended toy (allowing kids to invent new uses and kid-directed applications).
The Discmos for sale at Amazon.com include three sets from the Animal Kingdom series and one set each from Basic Knowledge, Discmo Environments and Things that Move series. The available sets are:
Safari: Animals of Africa (Animal Kingdom);
Outback: Animals of Australia (Animal Kingdom);
Wild America: Animals of America (Animal Kingdom);
Art School: The Color of Art (Basic Knowledge);
Fairytale: World of Fantasy (Discmo Environments); and
Road Crew: Construction Rigs (Things that Move).
Individual Discmos are also available for sale through Amazon.com.

Discmos are organized into familiar childhood categories such as animals, vehicles, household or neighborhood objects, foods, colors, children's fantasy objects and more. Made from durable, textured ceramic composite material, each disc measures 1.54 inches in diameter and bears a double-sided, full-color illustration and name of each item in its respective category. They are available in sets of six, 10 or 14, depending on the theme size, as well as individually.
Discmo LLC, formed in November 2006, is located in Bellingham, Wash. Discmo™ 5-in-1 toy discs were launched on April 10, 2007, and are available at select specialty toy retailers, online at the company website and at Amazon.com.
